Deree is the “oldest American-acreddited college in Europe” with a history dating back to 1875 in Smyrna, Asia Minor. The American College of Greece | ACG History. It is a non-profit academic institution that invests in ongoing higher education programs, with superb extra-curricular activities taking place in its fabulous premises, and a student community that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion while caring for each student’s personal growth and achievements.
The college chose our company to realise a project in a new space of 130 square meters inside its gym, at the Agia Paraskevi campus, dedicated to the students’ relaxation, recreation and entertainment. For this reason, we installed one pool table and one carom table, Black Diamond pool billiard table – Sivissidis Bros. & Black Diamond carom billiard table – Sivissidis Bros. In addition, we added three professional style, STAG ping pong tables.
This new Sports Lounge, is located at the upper lever of the Deree Gym and opened its doors to the students as well as the faculty and staff of the college, in January 2025.
We hope that they will enjoy it! And we also thank Kotsovolos for helping to sponsor the initiative.
